Delta Insurance has developed a digitised policy renewal process which enables renewals for a range of policies to be completed more quickly and efficiently.
Under the system, the expiry date of the renewal automatically triggers an email to our broker with a link to an online questionnaire for their client. The questionnaire is pre-populated with the client’s policy details. The client reviews and submits these details, triggering the approval and renewal process. If there are no major changes, the process takes less than five minutes.
