At Delta we have always operated a flexible work environment, so our systems are fully operational and we expect no service impact.
So if you have any questions or customer enquiries, rest assured, it is still very much business as usual for us so we encourage you to use your usual Delta channels for any reason.
In addition, we have decided to extend our operating hours to assist our brokers and customers. An underwriter will be available to respond to any emails sent to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org until 9pm on weeknights and from 8.30am to 6pm during the weekend.
