We can confirm that, due to the generosity of European Motor Distributors, Delta Insurance New Zealand Ltd (the organisers) will be offering the following registration prize: 

"Luxury Weekend for Two" Prize Draw 

The package includes a 2-night stay at the Hilton Taupo, breakfast for Saturday morning and a $200 dinner voucher for the first night. Plus, an Audi drive vehicle is available for the weekend.  

Terms and Conditions 

• The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who have registered and attended the conference. 

• Participants must register for the conference and be present at the event to enter the prize draw. 

• Only one entry per person is allowed. 

• Two nights’ accommodation @ The Hilton Lake Taupo, subject to availability on dates requested. 

• Breakfast at the hotel for two on Saturday morning. 

• Voucher for Dinner for two on Saturday night. 

• Use of an Audi vehicle (model to be confirmed) for the weekend. 

• The winner will be chosen at random from the eligible attendees during the Delta Talks event at Auckland Zoo on Thursday, 8th May. 

• The winner must be present to claim the prize. 

• If the winner is not present, an alternate winner will be drawn. 

• The winner will receive instructions on how to redeem the prize from the organisers. 

• The winner is responsible for any additional costs not included in the prize. 

• Vehicle loan document with all T&C’s to be completed when collecting the vehicle. 

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.  All components of the prize must be taken together. 

• The prize must be taken within 3 months of the draw date. 

6. Privacy and Data Protection 

• Participants' personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 

• By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their personal data in accordance with the organisers' privacy policy. 

• The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. 

• Where one or more elements of the prize become unavailable, the organisers will make reasonable endeavours to provide an equivalent alternative.

• Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the organisers, their employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, under statute, equity or otherwise, in connection with the prize draw or the prize. 

• The organisers’ decisions regarding the prize draw are final. 

• The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
