Environmental Liability Insurance Fixed Site
This policy covers you for bodily injury, property damage and environmental damage caused by pollution incidents from locations that are owned or operated by you. It also covers emergency response expenses that are required to contain and remediate the contamination on your site where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Comprehensive cover for pollution incidents
Cover responds to loss, claim expense and business interruption costs, following a pollution incident, at or from a specified location, which may arise from both preexisting conditions and/or new conditions.
Business interruption
In the event of a pollution incident that disrupts business operations, the policy provides coverage for business interruption costs.
Transportation coverage
The policy extends coverage to pollution incidents caused by transportation activities. Businesses are protected against liabilities arising from the transportation of goods, products, or waste, whether the transportation is conducted by the insured or a third-party carrier.
